Wandering through the many areas surrounding My Friendly Neighborhood, you are sure to have seen several doors marked with a diamond design, either through paint or a tiny symbol. Surely by this point, you have wondered when you will be able to access these rooms, and it will take a while for you to reach the point where you can actually gain access to these areas and collect the goodies within, and we are here to help. Beware, light spoilers for My Friendly Neighborhood below. Now, time to get that diamond key.
You will not encounter the diamond key until you reach the office building. While traversing through it you will reach a rec room that has shooting gallery promenently featured that you can play to unlock a cabinet with goodies in it around the way. Turn around from the gallery and you will see a table in the corner of the room with a lone Norman Puppet laying on the table. And, would you look at that, the key is right under his handle. Naturally it is not that simple as you cannot earn this prize yet.
Continue with progressing through the office and eventually you will gain access to the TV Studio production booth, next to Stage 3 on the first floor, across from the lobby. In here you will be in the backstage area of the studio with a window viewing into where a studio audience would be seated during a show. Must have been a boring job since right next to the production equipment is a chess set. One of the pieces however doesn’t belong, a red piece that looks like its for the game Sorry. You might have noticed a blue piece of a similar nature on the board game upstrairs so grab this piece and return upstairs. Note: Slight mistake a took the referense picture after I picked up the piece but it will be noticable when you find it.

When you return to the board game upstrairs you will be given the ability to place your piece on the board and start playing. I would recommend you save the game prior to playing since every time you lose the norman puppet slaps you, taking away a hit point from you. The game lays out its rules pretty simply. Landing on a Norman space lets you draw a card, Junebug forces you to play the top card from the deck, Lenard only allows for you to play a 1 and Goblette is an instant lose. While these rules are easy to follow it is on you the player to follow them. Should you not, again, you will be hit by the Norman puppet and called a cheater which hurts far more than any slap! Ring the bell when your ready to start

The game itself is fairly random and requires some luck to actually get the hand you need. I had one round where I got only 1 cards, a few with mixes of cards, and the round I won on was mostly 3 cards. There are 17 total spaces you need to move to reach the finish line and playing low cards to help set youself up for spaces like the Norman space which lets you pull a card yoy can work in is highly recommended, Junebug can also lead to some good plays but since you can’t see the card you could easy draw your way into the goblettes mouth, I know I did a lot. I wish I could say there was some magic formula but there isn’t. The match I won on was because I got a hand so good I could reach the end while avoiding every space with an event attached and you are guarenteed not to have a hand like that every round. If you lose to much health or use to many healing items while doing this, simply revert your saveto get your items back, you are just as likely to restart with a good hand on your retry.

Eventually though, you will reach the end, and it probably will not take too long. Norman will then slide his hand back and finally, the Diamond Key is yours for the taking. There are a few doors in this area that use it, including one back where you found the game piece so go ahead and give it a try.
