Promise Mascot Agency Launches Hefty New Update

The wacky crime drama that received wide critical acclaim earlier this year, Promise Mascot Agency, has officially released its latest update, “Prepare to Grind”. After months of teasing their next content patch, this free update comes with a slew of heavily requested features from fans and brand-new abilities to spice up players’ return to the game. Like the title suggests, the biggest new gameplay option is being able to grind your way in your kei truck all across the haunted island of Kaso-Machi. But of course, the developers at Kaizen Game Works did not stop there.

To the surprise of the hero card collecting minigame, Kaizen Games Works has also partnered with several other indie titles in this latest update. New hero cards include Tanuki Pon’s Summer, Unbeatable, Sorry We’re Closed, Dunk Dunk, and Kaizen Game Works’ previous hit game, Paradise Killer. An unexpected but welcome addition is being able to skip songs to just jam to your favorite tracks by composers Alpha Chrome Yayo and Ryo Koike. For more seasoned players, they will be happy to hear that fresh time trials and difficulty modes have been added to make it more challenging next time they play.

To tie it all up nicely, quality of life improvements such as speeding up the beloved crane game and adding controller prompts to assist with gliding were also implemented. Promise Mascot Agency is now available for Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. You can find more information about it here.
