A new Xbox Partner preview Showcase will be broadcast this week, Microsoft has announced. Set to air on Thursday, November 20 at 10 PM PT / 1 PM ET, the event will focus on new announcements and trailers for games from studios partnered with Xbox, as well as several Xbox Game Pass confirmations.
We do have several confirmations for games set to be showcased during this event, including the upcoming 007 reboot game, 007: First Light from Hitman developer IO Interactive. Another game set to be showcased is Tides of Annihilation, an Arthurian action fantasy from a Chinese developer, Eclipse Glow Games, that has some similarities to Stellar Blade. Reanimal, the new title from the original Little Nightmares developer Tarsier Studios, will get additional showcasing as well.
Xbox Partner Preview Showcase events have, in the past, tended to keep the subject focused on exactly what they suggest, so the likelihood of first-party titles like the upcoming Fable, Clockwork Revolution, or Forza Horizon 6 will most likely not make any appearances here. With the Video Game Awards coming in December, there is a possibility to see more of these titles before the end of the year, though that remains to be seen.
Last year, a similar Xbox Partner Preview Showcase was held in October of 2024, which featured titles like Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza In Hawaii and Chronos: The New Dawn, to name a few. Sega currently has a good relationship with Xbox, so it might not be surprising to see a game like the upcoming Yakuza Kiwami 3 or Persona 4 Revival there. Later events held by Xbox in 2025 have also seen the publisher highlight games like Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, which is currently nominated for Game of the Year, as well as the reveal of Ninja Gaiden 4, which was released by Team Ninja recently.
