Crimson Desert features a very large open world to explore, and it is slightly selective when it comes to explaining certain mechanics to you. As such, you might spend much of your early hours wandering the big world on horseback, but this can seem to become too much once the scope becomes clear. There is, however, a way to fast-travel between locations, making it much easier to move between areas. You just need to unlock it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qsZ1pXAlVAA If you go to the map from your menu, you will notice large areas covered in white, with a question mark at the…

While January was a relatively slow month for game releases and sales, February served to shake up the sales charts dramatically, thanks to several new releases. This includes the hotly anticipated Resident Evil Requiem, which debuted in the number 1 spot for February, making it the biggest release of the month, and by extension, the year so far. No specific sales figures have been released from Capcom yet as to how many copies the game has sold. Capcom did celebrate 6 million units sold globally, making it the fastest-selling game in the series to date. Unfortunately, even with a strong…

With the narrative of Tales of Berseria, Namco Bandai feels like they crafted a more poignant narrative for now than they did when it was originally released. The solution that came out of that, as always, was blame your neighbor and trust us, the wealthy and the powerful, to bring order back into your life. It’s a sad state of affairs; I feel like I have seen it in a cyclical nature since I was 10, only having developed the words to articulate…

The original GreedFall was not a game I expected to love. It was one of those titles I skipped at launch, having not liked a previous title from Spiders, eventually playing it two years later or so. Sure, there was a little jank there. Ok, a lot of jank. They aren’t a top-tier developer. But there was something there, winning me over every step of the way. Eventually, I would own the game on about three systems, and it is in there with Cyberpunk 2077 and Kingdom Come: Deliverance as an RPG I could pick up at any point in…
