*This guide contains minor spoilers for Directive 8020.
About halfway into Episode Two: Best Laid Plans of Directive 8020, the player takes control of character Laura Eisele, who is investigating the sleep crew. She sneaks off to investigate the Crew Quarters to try to figure out what happened, which is probably a bad decision in a horror game. You definitely know something bad is coming, but hey, somebody has to get the ball rolling.
Right before the staircase up to the crew quarters, on the left, is a door you can walk into and find a locker room. On the left side of the room is a locker set you can open, but the right portion is locked with a keypad on the pillar in the center that requires a code. There is no obvious code around in this area, so we are going to travel back a bit. When you first arrive in this area, you are in the atrium. Hit the button that tells you where to go, and you will notice two waypoints, one for the crew quarters and the other leading you to the upper floor of the atrium.

Run around the area, and eventually you will find a door that leads you upstairs, with a waypoint leading you to a window with a shutter on it. There is a device you can interact with outside that opens the shutter to reveal that a nice little party was planned before everything got so wrong. Despite this, the doors are locked. Look through the window to find another interactable device on the right side that will unlock the door.
There are a few interactables in here, but what you really want is to interact with the CCTV that has a few locations to check in on, but one is the pillar we previously saw, now with a code on the locked screen displaying 13576. This is the code you want. Now leave this area and return to the locker room to enter the code.

Entering the code will unlock the right lockers, but you still need to activate them manually. Doing so allows you to interact with a book entitled At Any Cost by Lamarcus Williams. Remember to flip it over to trigger its unlock as a collectable. While a minor reward for the work put in, it does ultimately go towards your secret’s completion checklist, making it worthwhile all the same.
