South Korean publisher NC (formerly NCSOFT) has announced that Aion 2 will have a Founders Pack that is available for purchase starting today across Steam and PURPLE. This news was announced alongside a new trailer for the game showcasing the contents that will be available with the purchase of this. Among the multiple benefits available with the Founders Pack, it will grant players five days of early access, allowing you to get an early start on the October 5, 2026 release date.
Overall, there will be three tiers of the Founder Pack available: a standard edition, a deluxe edition, and an ultimate edition. All of these tiers will include the five-day early access, but they range in price from $24.99 for the standard edition all the way up to $99.99 for the ultimate edition. The offerings within these packs are strictly limited to cosmetics, pets, or chests, with no offering any of the in-game premium currency (Quna) or any subscription time for the optional monthly membership.
Here is a complete overview of the Aion 2 Founder Pack tiers:
- STANDARD: The Standard Edition is available for $24.99 and includes five days of Early Access, one Daeva’s Campaign Supply Chest, and the “Vanguard of Atreia” unique grade title.
- DELUXE: The Deluxe Edition is available for $49.99 and includes all content from the Standard Edition and features the “Ascended Daeva” armor skin and the “Eternal Sun” weapon skin.
- ULTIMATE: The Ultimate Edition is available for $99.99 and includes all content from the Deluxe Edition and features the “Daeva’s Styling Chest,” the “Moonlit Aria” armor skin, a “Black Dragon” pet, and the “Blazing Sun” wings.
It is important to note that not only are players limited to one purchase per account, but players will only be able to choose one of the three tiers to purchase. Upon its release, Aion 2 will be a free-to-play MMORPG, serving as a sequel to the 2008 game of the same name. It will feature action combat and emphasize the inclusion of aerial and vertical combat in large 3D planes, rather than just standard traversal means.
Currently, Aion 2 is only planned for PC and will be available on Steam, as well as NC’s platform, PURPLE.
