*This guide contains minor spoilers for Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag Resynched.
Sailing the Caribbean in Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag Resynched will bring players to a lot of interesting places, one of which is a small island near the bottom left-hand corner of the map, where you can find the port of Grand Cayman, in the literal bottom left corner of the Cruz region. You will eventually end up here if you are completing Templar Hunt sidequests. This is a small port on one side of the island, but it does hide one of the more interesting secrets to collect that ties into a trophy. This starts while wandering around, completing your island checklist.

It is most likely that when you are completing the synchronization point, the only one, near the back of the island. While climbing, you will notice a man who is on an unreachable ledge that has a secret treasure chest located. There is a stone door in the background of the platform, but it is dark, implying it isn’t a path. There is also a hay pile, but no obvious way to jump into it in any way. Upon reaching this island, you can, in fact, reach this spot, but it is a less straightforward path than might appear.

Approach from the water below, or by jumping into the invisible wall in a misguided attempt to circumvent the game’s clear desire, and Edward Kenway will strike up a conversation with the man. This person will tell you they got so drunk they can’t remember how they got up there, but blame the drinks at the tavern for their situation, which they believe are spiked, and why they ended up here. He specifically states he only had 5 drinks. Edward might comment that he should try whatever this man was drinking.

If you have not yet, head to the tavern and unlock it. The first trip to any tavern involves a bar fight, so complete that, and you can interact with the tavern on a normal level. On the counter is a bottle that you can interact with to drink, with each drink costing 25 Reales. Remember back on how that conversation went, then take 5 drinks, letting Edward get groggier and groggier until the screen goes black.

The trophy MIGHT pop while the screen is black, but regardless, this earns the player the Hungover Trophy/Achievement, where you wake up in the hay bale on that ledge. Before dropping back down, make sure to grab the chest there, just to save yourself the annoyance of needing to repeat the process.
