Sony has confirmed the lineup of games players can expect for the PlayStation Plus monthly games lineup for August 2026. Arguably, the lineup headline is Dying Light 2: Stay Human: Reloaded Edition, with the titles being available from August 4 to August 31. This also means players still have a few days left to pick up the monthly games for July, which include Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, For The King II, and Cross Code.

Dying Light 2: Stay Human was released for the PlayStation 4 and 5 back in 2022, allowing players to return to the world of zombies and parkour. Players take the role of Aiden Caldwell, a survivor, thrust into the inner politics of a decaying city somewhere in Europe. One of the best reasons to pick it up now is that the title features up to four-player co-op, meaning this is a great time for you and your friends to grab it and enjoy. The reloaded edition will include several post-game updates, new co-op missions, and the Blood Ties DLC.

That isn’t the only game with co-op coming this month either. Big Walk, the next title coming from the developers of Untitled Goose Game, is set to release on August 4th, launching onto the service day one through the monthly games catalogue. Here we have a puzzle-solving game in a similar vein to The Witness, except with a focus on cooperation and communication to solve problems. Between 2 and 12 players can join up, goof around, and put their noodles together to solve challenging puzzles that litter the environment.

The final game that will be coming this month will give single-player fans something to look forward to. Signalis is an indie psychological horror game. While you can expect some puzzles here as well, you can also expect to have to fight off cosmic horrors as you progress through a dystopian and surreal retrotech world.

Beyond the usual offering of games, PlayStation Plus members who are excited for the upcoming fight game Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls, releasing on August 6th, will be able to claim the PlayStation Plus Pack, available the same day. This will add 5 avatars inspired by certain Marvel Characters, as well as a set of in-game result screen character poses featuring 20 characters. This pack doesn’t have the same deadline as the game’s lineup; however, being available for subscribers for the next 12 months.
